Function overview

This function allows the rights holder to view and manage their sound recordings registered in the MAHASZ system.

Loading process

When the feature is launched, circular progress indicators appear, showing the progress of operations required to load the page as percentages. This allows users to track the current loading status during any potential wait time.

Table content

Once loading is complete, a table appears listing the rights holder’s sound recordings. For detailed instructions on how to manage tables, see: Table handling.

Available columns

  • Performer: The performer of the sound recording (mandatory, cannot be hidden)
  • Title: The title of the sound recording (mandatory, cannot be hidden)
  • Version: The version of the sound recording
  • ISRC: The ISRC identifier of the sound recording
  • Rights: Displays the rights periods (start-end) associated with the sound recording
  • Share rate: The percentage share of the rights
  • Album: The album containing the sound recording
  • Producer: The producer of the sound recording
  • Origin: Domestic/International classification
  • Release date: The official original release date of the sound recording

If a sound recording has been registered by the rights holder with multiple data entries (e.g., different ISRC codes), these will appear merged in the relevant column. To view detailed information or additional data (e.g., Length), select the Details action for the recording. To view rights information, select the Rights action.

  •  Reset
    • Displayed columns: Performer, Title, Version, ISRC, Actions
    • Sorting: Alphabetical order by Performer, Title, Version
    • Items/page: 20
  •  Download as Excel: Saves the listed sound recordings in Excel format. See: Recordings to Excel.
  •  New sound recording: Adds a new sound recording. Navigates to the New sound recording window, .

Item-level actions (Actions column)

  • Rights: Navigates to the My sound recordings - Rights window, displaying the rights status of the selected recording. Rights can be modified if needed.
