Function overview

  • View users authorized to access the application on behalf of the rights holder (rights holder users) and their data
  • Modify user data
  • Add a new user
  • Remove a user from the rights holder’s user list
  • Set user permissions

The first user of the rights holder is the person who registered the rights holder. After MAHASZ approves the registration, this user can log in with administrator rights and add further users to the rights holder.

Table contents

After loading, the table displays the list of users assigned to represent the rights holder in the application. For detailed instructions on how to manage tables, see: Table handling.

Initially, only the user who registered the rights holder appears in the list.

Only users listed in the table can access the application on behalf of the rights holder.

Users with administrator rights are highlighted in the table using bold text.

Available columns

  • ID: The user’s MAHASZ identifier (generated by the system upon creation)
  • Username: Used to log in to the application (mandatory, cannot be disabled)
  • Name: The user’s full name (last name and first name)
