Accessing the function

To delete a user, go to Settings/Users, select the user you wish to remove, and click the Delete action.

Note: This action is only available to users with administrator rights.

Function overview

This feature allows administrators to remove users who should no longer represent the rights holder within the application.

Deletion process

To confirm the deletion, the User data window appears, displaying the details of the selected user.

To proceed with deletion, click the  Delete  button at the bottom of the window.

The system does not request further confirmation and will immediately remove the user from the rights holder.

If you decide not to proceed, click the Cancel button. The system will redirect you back to the Users list.

Note

Deleting a user does not permanently remove the user account. It only means that the user can no longer access the application on behalf of the selected rights holder. The same user can be reassigned to the rights holder again at a later time if needed.
