Function overview

This menu enables users to

  • view the data of the rights holder
  • modify the data of the rights holder, if the user representing them has administrator privilege.

The rights holder’s data was originally provided by the user who completed the registration of the rights holder. If the data has changed since then, the updates can be submitted to the system via this menu.

The screen consists of two main sections:

Rights holder

This section displays the rights holder’s data and — if the user has administrator privileges — allows modifications. Please review the displayed information.

Invoicing data

The data shown here is for informational purposes only. MAHASZ uses the billing details provided on the invoices when processing royalty payments.

Modifying data

If the rights holder is represented by a user with administrator privileges, the fields can be edited. In this case, the  Ok  button appears at the bottom of the page.

  • Fields marked with * are mandatory. 
  • If you decide not to save the changes, click the Cancel button at any stage of the process.

Important: Provide an email address that exists and where you can actually be reached. The system uses this address to send verification codes and certain notifications.

Note: The language of emails will match the Correspondence language set for the rights holder — except for verification code messages, which follow the language set in the application.

  • Fill in the fields as appropriate.
  • To delete previously entered billing data, use the X in the dropdown lists.
  • If an error occurs, correct the affected field based on the error message.
  • Click the  Ok  button. If errors remain, correct the fields indicated by the error messages, then click the button again.
  • If all fields are correctly filled, the system sends a verification code to the email address shown on the screen.
  • Enter the digits of the verification code into the fields that appear, then click the  Save  button.
  • If the code is entered correctly, the changes will be saved to the system.

The application redirects you to the Home screen.
