Accessing the function

In the Royalty data/Royalty revenues menu select the distribution and use the Details action, followed by the Sound recordings in this distribution action for the required (sub-)distribution. This action is only available for users with the Access to sound recording data permission.

Function overview

This feature allows eligible users to view the royalties attributed to their sound recordings within the selected (sub-)distribution.

The title bar of the window displays the name of the selected (sub-)distribution.

If the user represents multiple rights holders, the selected rights holders from the Royalty data/Royalty revenues window (see here) will also appear above the table. The table displays aggregated data for all selected parties.

Table contents

The displayed table lists the sound recordings affected by the selected distribution for the rights holder(s). For detailed instructions on how to manage tables, see: Table handling.

Available columns

  • Performer: The performer of the sound recording (mandatory, cannot be hidden)
  • Title: The title of the sound recording (mandatory, cannot be hidden)
  • Version: The title of the sound recording
  • Origin: Domestic/International classification
  • Amount: Royalty amount allocated to the sound recording. Displayed rounded to two decimal places (forint and fillér). A value of 0.00 indicates that the royalty amount attributed to the recording was less than one fillér. The exact amounts can be found in the Excel attachment associated with the distribution.

Table-level actions

  • Reset
    • Displayed columns: Performer, Title, Version, Amount
    • Sorting: Alphabetical order by Performer, Title, Version
    • Items/page: 20

Use the Back button to return to the Distribution details window.
