Accessing the function

In the Royalty data/Royalty revenues menu select the distribution and use the Details action.

Function overview

This feature allows eligible users to view the details of a selected royalty distribution.

  • The title bar of the window displays the name of the selected distribution.
  • Below it (above the table), the total sum of revenues distributed in that round is shown. (Any recipient who received royalty in this distribution also received a Royalty notification, which also includes this amount.)

If the user represents multiple rights holders, the selected rights holders from the Royalty data/Royalty revenues window (see here) will also appear above the table. The table displays aggregated data for all selected parties.

Table contents

The table displays detailed information about the selected royalty distribution.

  • If multiple types of royalties were distributed in the same round, the distribution is broken down into sub-distributions by type.
  • The table presents the generated royalties grouped by these sub-distributions.

The summary row at the bottom shows the total values for the entire distribution, rounded to Hungarian Forints (HUF).

Available columns

  • Distribution details: Displays the name of the sub-distribution if multiple types of royalties were distributed; otherwise, it shows the name of the main distribution.
  • Accrued revenues: The amount of royalties allocated to the rights holder in this distribution. Values are rounded to two decimal places (forint and fillĂ©r), except in the summary row, where they are rounded to whole Hungarian Forints (HUF). If the value is 0, the rights holder did not receive royalties from this distribution..
  • Invoiced revenues: The portion of royalties that has already been invoiced. Displayed only in the summary row.
  • Uninvoiced revenues: The portion of royalties that has not yet been invoiced. Displayed only in the summary row.

The table layout is fixed: Columns cannot be resized, sorted, or filtered, and no actions are available on the table itself.

Additional information

At the bottom of the table, a summary row displays the total royalty amounts. These values are net amounts rounded to whole Hungarian Forints (HUF) according to standard rounding rules.

Private copying levy revenues are exempt from VAT. In mixed distributions, any sub-distributions involving Private copying levy royalties are shown in red, including both the name and the corresponding amounts.

If applicable, a colored warning message appears below the table to indicate the presence of such sub-distributions.

Table-level actions

Only one action may appear at table level, and only if the item includes accrued royalties and the (sub-)distribution is based on sound recordings.

  • Sound recordings in this distribution: Allows users to view the royalties attributed to the sound recordings involved in the distribution. (See: Sound recordings in this distribution) This action is only available for users with the Access to sound recording data permission.

Use the Back button to return to the Royalty revenues window.
