Function overview

This feature enables the display and management of recordings with conflicting rights holders.

Loading process

When the feature is launched, circular progress indicators appear, showing the progress of operations required to load the page as percentages. This allows users to track the current loading status during any potential wait time.

Table content

Once loading is complete, a table appears listing the recordings with rights conflicts. For detailed instructions on managing tables, see the Table handling section.

Available columns

The columns that can be displayed are the same as those found in the My sound recordings menu, with two additional columns:

  • Conflicting rights holder: Displays the names of rights holders involved in the conflict, along with their rights periods and share rates for the recording.
  • Conflicting amount: Shows the pending royalty amount for the conflicting recording, based on the date indicated in the informational panel below the table. See: Conflicting amount.

  •  Reset
    • Displayed columns: Performer, Title, Version, Conflicting rights holder, Conflicting amount
    • Sorting: Alphabetical order by Performer, Title, Version
    • Items/page: 20

Item-level actions (Actions column)

  • Rights: Selecting this action opens the My double claims – Rights window, where users can view the rights information of all parties involved in the conflict and, if necessary, may modify their own rights data.
  •  Withdrawing claim:The simplest way to fully waive rights to the selected sound recording. The system will ask for confirmation before proceeding. If you confirm, the sound recording will be removed from your sound recordings lists. If the withdrawal was a mistake and the sound recording is still yours, you need to re-register it.

Information panel below the table

If the Conflicting amount column is visible, an informational panel appears below the table. It indicates the date to which the displayed amounts correspond. Aicon on the right side of the panel links to the User Manual – My double claims/Conflicting amount subsection, which provides a detailed explanation regarding the panel’s content. The panel can be closed using the icon, freeing up space for the table.
