Function overview

This feature allows the user to: 

  • monitor the documents uploaded under the Data reporting/Upload proof of sales menu in connection with their sales reports, along with their current status,
  • and download the uploaded files if needed.

Loading process

When the feature is launched, circular progress indicators appear, showing the progress of operations required to load the page as percentages. This allows users to track the current loading status during any potential wait time.

Table contents

After loading, the table shows the list of uploaded proof of sales for the rights holder. For detailed instructions on how to manage tables, see: Table handling.

Available columns

  • ID: The MAHASZ identifier of the document
  • Year: The year to which the sales report relates and which the document supports
  • Attachment: Name of the uploaded file
  • Invoice type: Type of document selected at the time of upload
  • Status: Processing status of the document within the MAHASZ system
    • new: The document has been uploaded but not yet processed by MAHASZ
    • processed: The document has been processed
  • Sent on: Date and time of submission
  • Sent by: Name of the user who submitted the document

Table-level actions

  • Reset
    • Displayed columns: Year, Attachment, Invoice type, Status, Sent on, Actions
    • Sorting: Descending order by Year
    • Items/page: 20
  • Upload: Upload a new proof of sales document file. This action redirects to the Data reporting/Upload proof of sales function. (The action icon is only visible if the deadline for uploading documents has not yet passed.)
  • Delete: Delete an uploaded proof of sales. Only documents with new status can be deleted. Documents that have already been processed cannot be deleted.

Item-level actions (Actions column)

  • Download file: Select this action to download your uploaded file in the original format.
