Function overview

This feature allows rights holders to track their uploaded sound recording lists and monitor their processing status.

Loading process

When the feature is launched, circular progress indicators appear, showing the progress of operations required to load the page as percentages. This allows users to track the current loading status during any potential wait time.

Table content

Once loading is complete, a table appears showing the list of sound recording list uploads submitted by the rights holder. For detailed instructions on how to manage tables, see: Table handling.

Available columns

  • Attachment: Name of the uploaded file (mandatory, cannot be hidden)
  • Status: Processing status of the file
    • uploaded: file has been submitted but processing has not started
    • processing: file is currently being processed
    • error: processing is complete, and the system has rejected the file
    • confirmed: processing is complete, and the system has accepted the sound recordings in the file
  • Sent on: Date and time the file was submitted
  • Sent by: Name of the user who submitted the file (may be empty for older uploads)
  • Processed: Date and time of processing (for files that have already been processed)
  • ID: MAHASZ identifier assigned to the upload

  •  Reset
    • Displayed columns: Attachment, Status, Sent on, Sent by, Processed
    • Sorting: By Sent on column, in descending chronological order
    • Items/page: 20

Item-level actions (Actions column)

  •  Show error message: For rejected uploads, this option allows you to view the content of the rejection notice received via email. The popup window can be closed by clicking the close button or clicking outside the window.
  •  Download file: Allows you to download the uploaded file.
