If you’re unable to log in from the login screen because you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot my password link to begin the reset process. To proceed, you’ll need to know your username.

On the Reset password screen, enter your username, choose a new password, and confirm it by typing it again. Please note: your password cannot be the same as your username.

When you click  Ok , the system will send a verification code to the email address associated with your account (this address will also be displayed on the screen). A field will appear where you can enter the verification code.

If the code is entered correctly and you click  Change password , your new password will be saved. You’ll then be able to log in to the application using your updated credentials from the Login screen.

If you click the Cancel button during the process above, the application will return to the Login screen.
