The application may only be used by registered users who represent authorized rights holders. When launched, the application displays the login screen.

(The structure of the screen is described in the chapter Application interface structure.)

  • Select your preferred language from the navigation menu: Magyar or English.
  • If you are a registered user acting on behalf of a registered rights holder:
    • If you know your login credentials, sign in as described under the Login section.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot my password.
  • If the rights holder you represent has not yet been registered, go to the Registration menu in the navigation bar and complete the registration process as described.
  • You can access the User Manual — which is the very document you’re reading now — from the Help/User manual menu.

Warning:Do not use the application simultaneously in multiple tabs of the same browser, as this may lead to data conflicts or unexpected behavior.

You can open certain functions of the application in different browser tabs as well (right‑click on a link → Open link in new tab). Please keep the following in mind:

  • Each tab can only be used with the same logged‑in user. If you sign out in one tab, the other tabs will also be signed out as soon as you switch functions in them. If you try to continue within a function in a tab that has already been signed out in the background, an error may occur. Before signing in with another user, close all tabs belonging to the application.
  • If you are authorized to use the application on behalf of multiple rights holders, you may manage them in separate tabs.
  • Changing the language in one tab does not affect the language settings of other tabs.
  • Do not use the same function in parallel in multiple tabs for the same rights holder.
  • We recommend working in multiple tabs only when necessary.

If you want to sign in with multiple users at the same time, you have to open a separate browser for each user.
