Accessing the function

To access the feature, go to Royalty data/Income by sound recordings, and select the Details action for the desired recording row.

Function overview

This feature allows users to view a detailed breakdown of royalties for the selected sound recording. At the top of the window, the table header displays the identifying details of the selected recording — including Performer, Title, and Version. Next to these, the list of years previously selected in the /Income by sound recordings view is shown.

Table contents

The table shows royalty details for the selected sound recording, but only for those selected years in which royalties were actually earned. By default, royalties are grouped by year. Clicking the arrow next to a year expands the section to reveal the individual distributions for that year.

Columns

  • Distribution: Name of the royalty distribution. Only distributions that generated royalties for the sound recording are shown.
  • Distribution type: Type of the distribution.
  • Created on: Date of the distribution.
  • Amount: Royalty amount earned, rounded to two decimal places (forint and fillér).

Table behavior

The table layout is fixed:

  • Columns cannot be resized
  • No sorting or filtering is available
  • No actions are available on the table or individual rows

At the bottom of the table, a summary row displays the total amount.

Use the Back button to return to the Income by sound recordings window.
