When you start the application, the login screen will appear. If you don’t have a user account yet, or have forgotten your login details, please follow the instructions in the Getting Started section. If you already have an account, enter your username and password, then click on the  Login  button to log in.

A new user can log in for the first time using the assigned username and a matching password. However, the system will require an immediate password change upon first login.

In earlier versions of the application, users registered and logged in using their email address. New registrations no longer support email addresses, but existing users may temporarily continue logging in with their email. 

If you log in using an email address, the User Data screen will appear, where you can choose a new username. This step is optional for now — you can skip it by clicking Cancel or selecting a menu item. However, the prompt will reappear the next time you log in.

  • When changing your username, you must fill in any required fields that are still missing.
  • After clicking  Save , the system will send a verification code to your email address (which is also shown on screen).
  • Enter the digits of the code into the fields that appear, then click  Save  again.
  • If the code is correct, your data will be saved, and you’ll receive a confirmation email about the username change.
  • From now on, use your new username to log in.

After a successful login, the Home page will appear.
